VirInPro - Blog and Updates

Right now... - Zanaso Bayncuh

Right now is a strange time for VirInPro. As misguided as my leadership is, good things seem to be happening for our, so far, rather small organization. We're managing to spread further than I ever thought before and there are many out there who are playing our tracks and not even realizing it. As kando said, there are hundreds, thousands, whatever large number of people out there playing the Insomnia tracks and courses, which WinDEU has bestowed upon us as VirInPro official and that we hope to release publicly upon the beginning of this project's true fruition. It's nice to think about it that way and seems to place a victory on our part before anything even got started. Somehow I never would've thought that my or Aldrasio's work would ever have been compared to the quality of Insomnia sims, but I must say that I'm flattered at such a wonderful review. Thanks much, kando!

At this very time, I am finally going back through all of my old work and making certain that all the stop times are dead accurate. I'm aware that most of, if not all of them, are satisfiably on sync as they are, however I would like to go back and make certain that everything is as perfect as it can possibly be. There really is no reason not to perfect what I can, especially considering our intentions. At this time I've got loads of simfiles planned, not sure how many of these will actually happen, but the files and folders are already put together in a work folder of mine, so if/when I do decide to do any of them specifically, they are already there and prepared to be worked on.

As of right now, 11:51pm Central Time, I'll be fixing and finalizing all the stoptimes in the sims that we provide. I will also be fixing the video in Sidology Episode 2 (Trinity) as it starts a bit late. This change will be happening for the next... hell, who knows how long?

And now for the latest fan question, which is being added to my Q&A

Q: Are you a fan of all the music that you sim?

Not necessarily, there are several tracks that I've simmed because I knew it was good for simming or because it was a request rather than based on my own music likes and dislikes. For instance, Toxic was not my idea, it was requested by Mcloud522 of BemaniStyle. It is actually not very often that I choose to sim a track based on my musical taste beforehand. Though I have found it strange that if I have fun playing a sim I've made to a song I don't necessarily like, that song can grow on me pretty bad, even if I don't tend towards that kind of music.

Keep jammin', people!
